NPYBA Fundraising

9U-14U NPYBA Fundraiser is Cookie Dough, Pies and Cheesecake.  It runs the last two weeks of March (March 16-31).  Please make sure to hit up all your friends and family.  All funds are used to help operate NPYBA.  

 

Each player (as part of their registration fee) is expected to sell minimum of 10 items (15 total if multiple players selling in one family).  Families may choose to pay a buyout fee of $70.00 ($100 if multiple players selling in one family), instead of selling fundraiser item.  Note: If the minimum is not sold a pro-rated buyout is to be paid.

 

Fundraising packets and materials will be handed out at tryouts (March 16) and should be returned at the mandatory parent meeting on Monday, April 1.

 

Incentives will include:

  • Sell 15 items: Cuff beanie with NP logo
  • Sell 20 items: Orange camo dri-fit shirt
  • Sell 25 items: Drawing for Airpod headphones
  • Top Sellers rewards (Minimum 30 items sold)
  • CASH Prizes to the top sellers.
    • 1st place: $100 cash
    • 2nd place: $60 cash
    • 3rd place: $40 cash

 

Pick up for frozen products is between 7:30 am -9:00 am on Saturday, May 18 at Falcon Ridge Elementary School.  Products should then be delivered to their recipients as soon as possible.

 

Incentives are acquired ONLY by selling fundraising items.
